Context engineering keynote + hackathon at Prosus AI House
Three-hour keynote and hackathon on context engineering, delivered at Prosus AI House with MLOps Community.
A three-hour keynote and hackathon delivered at Prosus AI House on 21 April 2026, organised with MLOps Community. The session treated context engineering as a practical discipline — attention, memory, retrieval, and updating — and drew the line between prompting as a skill and the operating layer where rules, hooks, and orchestration actually carry the work.
Then the hackathon: 75 participants, 25 teams, one hour to build a wiki their Claude Code setup could use to land a structured-extraction task on 2D technical drawings — scored on a 20-point rubric for profile, dimensions, hole positions, and contours. Sandboxes by Daytona.
Artifacts

What the training delivered: a shared mental model, a working starter repo, a public deck.
