Speaker on conversational AI in production

Speaker slot at the European Chatbot & Conversational AI | Generative AI Summit, Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh, on 14 March 2024. The talk drew on what was already shipping in production at the time: where conversational AI was actually working, where it was still failing, and what the gap meant for teams building on top of it.

The summit format puts production builders in front of an audience of practitioners — not vendors pitching, not academics surveying. The same register the training keeps: useful judgment, named failure modes, no theatre.
